What is BBB “Secure Your ID” Days?

BBB and its partners will host a national identity theft prevention and education event in local communities coast-to-coast. 

Bring up to three boxes/bags of paper documents containing personal identifiers, and we’ll shred it for you -- on the spot. We’ll also distribute great tips and resources that will help you protect your identity – online and off.

Acceptable Materials: Standard-size, paper-based materials Acceptable Quantity: Bring as much as you can carry, but not more than 3 boxes/bags.
 

 

About the National Event:

BBB and its partners will host national identity theft prevention and education events in local communities coast-to-coast on Saturday, April 18th, 2009. Bring standard- size paper documents containing personal identifiers and we’ll shred it for you -- on the spot.
